Publisher Agreement

This Publisher Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between APKStoreZon we and the Publisher your, an individual or entity wishing to publish APK files (applications and games) (“Apps”) through our platform, APKStoreZon.com (“Website”).

By submitting, uploading, or making available any APK files for distribution on APKStoreZon, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, please refrain from submitting your APK files to APKStoreZon.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and/or uploading your App(s) on APKStoreZon, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement. You also agree to comply with any other policies that APKStoreZon may implement, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility and Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By submitting APK files, you confirm that you have the legal right and authority to publish the App, and that the App is compliant with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.

3. License Grant

By submitting an App to APKStoreZon, you grant APKStoreZon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host and distribute the App on our Website and related services.
  • Use your App’s name, icon, description, and promotional materials in marketing and promotional activities, whether on our Website or through external channels.
  • Modify and adapt the App’s listing (such as formatting or resizing) for the purposes of distribution, provided this does not alter the functionality of the App.

4. App Content and Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that the content of your App complies with all relevant legal requirements and regulations. This includes ensuring that your App:

  • Does not violate any intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Does not contain harmful, malicious, or illegal code, such as viruses, malware, spyware, etc.
  • Does not infringe on any privacy or data protection laws.
  • Does not promote discrimination, violence, or any other prohibited content.

APKStoreZon reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any App that violates these requirements or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

5. App Updates and Maintenance

As the Publisher, you are responsible for maintaining and updating your App on APKStoreZon. This includes providing necessary updates, bug fixes, and ensuring that your App remains compatible with newer versions of the Android operating system.

6. App Removal and Suspension

APKStoreZon reserves the right to remove or suspend any App at any time for the following reasons:

  • Violation of this Agreement or other policies.
  • If the App is no longer functional or up to date.
  • If the App is flagged for containing malicious code or harmful content.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements or if instructed by authorities.

You will be notified of any suspension or removal, but APKStoreZon is not liable for any loss of revenue or other damages caused by such actions.

7. Revenue Share and Payments

You may earn revenue through APKStoreZon’s monetization programs, including advertisements and paid downloads, subject to our policies. Payments are made on a periodic basis, and the exact terms of revenue share and payout schedules will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and APKStoreZon, if applicable.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to earnings from APKStoreZon.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APKStoreZon, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Website, your submission of an App, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

APKStoreZon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from this Agreement or the use of the Website, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount you have paid to APKStoreZon during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must remove your Apps from the Website, and APKStoreZon will no longer distribute your Apps. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

11. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by APKStoreZon in connection with this Agreement. This includes any technical specifications, marketing strategies, or financial data.

12. Amendments

APKStoreZon reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the email address provided. Your continued use of the Website after such amendments indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in [Location], under the rules of [Arbitration Organization].

14. Miscellaneous

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and APKStoreZon and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
